K2 Network Buys All Points Bulletin

APB (short for All Points Bulletins) has been purchased by K2 Network with $2,420,100.00, the official announcement is expected to be made in the coming week, and the publisher expressing hope that the MMO shooter will be available again before the end of 2010.
(Note: K2 Network specialises in adapting, localising and hosting Asian free-to-play games for European and the US audiences.)
APB will adopt a free-to-play model for the new version, but originally APB was a subscription game with micro-transactions, and APB allows users to pay for play time.

In APB, players become the core content for other players is one of the many unique features of APB.

1. All Points Bulletin (APB) is a massively multiplayer online freeform combat and driving-based game. The players must decide which side of the law to abide by in APB, who take on justice or operate against the law, as Law Enforcement or Gangs.

2. The customization system of APB is deep and rich, which provides players with Looks, clothing, vehicles and even music. The detail and quality in APB are astonishing.

3. Criminals and Enforcers are the unicersal theme of APB, and brings APB to a persistent, open-world, crime-ridden fictional city of San Paro in the modern.
What’s the future of APB, we need to wait for the restart!
